With my order, I did not receive the tutorial for the Christmas blanket as promised. I am disappointed ??

The tutorials are always well explained. I fell for the Christmas blanket, the BB wool is very soft and pleasant to work with.

The colors of the balls are defined by numbers, it would be much better if the color was indicated. There should be a correspondence table between all the threads and it should indicate which crochet number to take. I find the site outdated while Lidia is a dynamic young woman, it's really a shame, it doesn't showcase her!

I am quite disappointed with my first order. The balls have duller colors than in the photos. Moreover, one I thought was in a gradient of blue but it has green, which is not visible in the photo. Not to mention that my package arrived after 7 working days and not 2 or 3 as announced on the site.

An order placed with an error on my part regarding a color. I requested cancellation or a color change. They canceled and refunded my account (everything is fine now) but the white Bb wool had been resold and was out of stock. So it was impossible to complete the project... very angry because the wool will be restocked in January and Christmas will have passed. Not great

I appreciate the choice of skeins, those I chose are extremely soft. I apparently placed my order without logging into my account, I find that this is not properly indicated, the only downside to what I think of lidiacrochet.com

Regarding delivery: very satisfied. I cannot give an opinion on the wool as this is my first order and I have not used it yet.

I am disappointed with the Trapixl orange red product, indeed I received a really mediocre product that frays with a texture on one side of this thread, really not nice which makes it so we don't know what to do with it nicely especially do not order orange red :-( (To say something positive, the shipping is fast and well packaged.

Delivery is fast. The colors are nice. The tutorials are well explained (a lot of crochet work), not too much knitting (too bad).

Regarding the transporter's delivery, we were supposed to be delivered on 31/10. The delivery took place on 30/10 in the morning, without a call or SMS.

Fast delivery. It would be good to separate the secured eyes by size into small bags indicating the size on the bag. Receiving everything in bulk is not nice, it's hard to remember the size for future use. Thank you for considering this.

1: The nearest pickup point to my home in Verrires-le-Buisson 91370 is the supermarket "Le Grand Chne" which is very well known, if you could have it added by the delivery service. Otherwise, the delivery times are reasonable. 2: From now on, I prefer to choose pickup points, because DPD at home becomes complicated in case of absence or during holiday periods when delivery times can be multiplied by 3. 3: Regarding Lidia Crochet Knitting, would it be possible to put a name on certain wool colors to differentiate them on the screen (for example, navy and black). 4: Also, can I get a sampling of the colors of your wools because sometimes I have been surprised by the difference in color between the visual and the screen.
