I love your skeins and your colors. Your yarns are soft. It's a delight to buy your products. However, while the penultimate order was carefully packaged, I was not satisfied with the last order. The skeins were loose in the large box without being packaged and I found lots of particles in the yarn skeins. Given the amount of my order, although I do not consider this a valid reason, I would like to have more respectful packaging for the merchandise. Best regards

Hello, Thank you for your order. You placed your order on 06/04. The 07/04 and 10/04 were public holidays in Spain, so the packages were necessarily delayed in delivery. Your package was sent with Mondial Relay, for an estimated delivery of 4 to 6 working days. We are on 13/04, so even without these public holidays, counting the weekend, your package is not late. For very fast delivery, 2/3 working days, you need to choose home delivery with DPD/SEUR. We thank you for your understanding.
