I greatly appreciate the quality of the skeins and the meterage, especially that of the Cupidon cotton. I live in Corsica so the reception time is one week. I regret but understand the Colissimo shipping cost from Spain of 9.35€.

The balls are of good quality. The shipment is fast, the order is simple. However, I find that the colors are more dull than those that appear on the screen, no matter which screen is used. The colors need to be more realistic. GLS is terrible, they send you to pick up the package at relay points that have not been partners for 9 months!!. It was shocking, they made me travel a lot of kilometers.

One of my skeins arrived all tangled and therefore unusable. I had to cut it to make a semblance of a skein. Moreover, I find the shipping costs very expensive, over 7 euros for an order of 16 euros, that's way too much.
