Hello, Thank you for your order. You placed this order on 12/08. The package was sent the same day to a relay point in France. It arrived at this relay point on 19/08. Considering the weekend and Monday 15/08, the package arrived 4 working days after shipping. So it is indeed within the announced deadlines. Best regards.

I have a problem with a delivery to a relay point and Lidia crochet leaves me to sort it out I think that in this case Lidia crochet could have contacted the relay point to solve my problem which is still not resolved
