The quality of the wool is very good, however the packaging is very very bad. The balls were thrown without packaging or the packaging was torn and sticky, one on top of the other, and labeled with torn balls too. But I remain satisfied with the quality of the wool despite this little inconvenience.

I ordered 4 balls of baby vely red color 03 to make 2 big Christmas gnomes, but the red does not meet my expectations and I therefore contacted customer service who immediately replied that I could return these items at my expense and get a refund for the balls. It should be noted that the package arrives at home and not at a relay point, which means that the costs amount to 11.70 in my case, the price of my 4 balls: 12.80, so very discouraging.. I admit to being a little disappointed. I just ordered baby vely red color 011, fingers crossed!!

I really appreciated the speed of the order, however I was disappointed not by the quality of the Baby vely wool (which I knew) but by the color which for me did not meet my expectations. It is the color 03 that I intended for two big gnomes. Lidia had made it with the 03 for the red part, when looking at the screen the 03 and the gnome there is really a difference, I hesitated for a long time but I trusted Lidia... actually the red 03 leans towards orange-red, 4 skeins in the trash.... I think the dye lots have completely changed... it's not a Christmas red ?? this is the first time I am disappointed

I have a problem with a delivery to a relay point and Lidia crochet leaves me to sort it out I think that in this case Lidia crochet could have contacted the relay point to solve my problem which is still not resolved
