Reasonable delivery times, the quality of the knitting loom is perfect, just the black one is a bit thicker and harder to work with (maybe just my opinion), the choice of colors is a bit limited, but I really like your products and your tutorials, thank you.

The processing and delivery of the order are quick. The inside of the package could be a bit more careful, some balls are loose in the bag, it's not great.. A slight packaging around each reference would be better. I ordered two yarns that I don't know yet, so no opinion for now.

The cottons match the description. Very well packaged. I haven't started the projects yet, but they are pleasant to the touch. I had to redo my order because I didn't see the difference between payment by bank transfer and payment by credit card. Order tracking and delivery are really efficient. Delivery notification by email, with a respected time slot. It is nice to know that the package can be dropped off at a pickup point or another depot in case of absence (an emergency can happen to anyone). Thank you for this excellent customer relationship.

The Rafaelo yarn received during my first order is of very poor quality compared to the order I just received. Impossible to crochet because it breaks and splits while the one I just received is very robust.

The color of the skeins is never marked, there are only numbers! We don't know what color we are buying, so I don't always buy and I go to a haberdashery. On the site, we should be able to choose the thread based on its size, this search is non-existent. We should also be able to indicate the name of a thread and start a search to find an equivalent thread (if the colors are not appealing, for example).
