I love everything about Lidia but the shipping costs are a bit high

Quality/price there is no comparison. Excellent quality. Just a downside, the additional fees, independently of the shipping charged by the shop, when purchasing abroad. The tutorials and patterns that accompany the yarn brands are great for representing the colors overall and giving new ideas. I recommend the shop. ???? I encourage their development.

I received my package well but it was too tight and too taped, I had to take a pair of scissors; the wool not being protected - directly placed in the plastic bag - I inadvertently cut 3 balls out of 7, I am very disappointed +++ and I am thinking about my possible future orders, knowing that the customer service categorically refused to take back the damaged balls.

Small problem with the orange spools that have large black marks that won't come off??

The plus: the speed of preparation and delivery of orders and the prices of course! The minus: - the fidelity of the colors (especially between the tutorials and the shop) - I received a stained white trapilo spool in different places (outside and inside, so it must have happened during manufacturing, but it was visible to the naked eye). - some trapilo are matte and others satin. It would be nice to be able to discern it when ordering because depending on the project to be realized, it changes everything.

It's a very good shop, but deliveries to overseas are super long, I still haven't received my package. Not to mention the shipping costs which are exorbitant, but I understand a bit.

This is the first time I order and I still haven't received my package (1 week).

The tutorials are really very good and Lidia seems to sincerely want to share her passion with us. It's a pleasure to watch her crochet and the explanations are clear. But I admit I was disappointed with my first order: For the Caprice, I initially thought there was an error in the order: the color is very different from the photo, but after checking, the color number corresponds well. A detailed presentation of the colors in video would probably be useful. I also ordered the loco: very pretty color but very difficult to crochet: the cotton is made of 10 non-twisted strands that separate and snag. Including once crocheted. It's hard to achieve a neat finish unless you are a crochet veteran, which I am not. And a thread with many irregularities in the Kameleon. (thread that thins a lot in some places) If I take stock of the skeins purchased that I will ultimately not be able to use as I had planned, or at all, I admit that it does not encourage me to repeat the experience.

I am really sorry for the low rating. The wool is beautiful, the colors are superb, but the smell is unbearable. It smells like oil or chemicals, I'm not sure... the skeins are on the covered terrace... I hope the smell will go away. Karin

Normally very fast delivery, but delayed this time. Client absent noted on the package, but I didn't move from home... But very happy with my items.

Hello, I really like your products. The delivery is quite fast for Brittany. I love the yarns offered on this site as well as the tutorials. The only downside: when a yarn or product is out of stock, sometimes you have to wait a long time before restocking, which is why I didn't give 5 stars.

Seduced by the tutorials but I would have liked a diagram as well.

Fast delivery but regularly out of stock, which forces me to reorder for a few items and thus incurs significant shipping costs.

I really like the tutorials, but there are missing V-neck garments, the wool is not excessive but often out of stock, and sometimes not renewed, which is a shame. Shipping costs are very high compared to other sites also located in Spain. A lot of knots in the yarn... a shame for our works.

I like your tutorials, your merchandise overall except when there are defects in the skeins or in deliveries and you doubt the customer's word!! Personally, you made me lie to try to get missing items from a previous order!! And 2 skeins of baby vely that go in lambot without being able to do anything about it!!! That said, it doesn't stop me from continuing to order from you!! It's also a shame that the dye lots don't match from one order to another!!!

I find the delivery times a bit long.

The tutorials are great, change quickly, a loyalty card with discounts for orders, for example on shipping costs. Offer a discount when someone orders a bit expensive yarn in large quantities, or a surprise gift starting from a certain amount like markers, pom-poms, buttons, a crochet...
