Quality yarns and cottons. Excellent tutorials, very well explained. Lidia is very pleasant to follow. The only downside is the delivery by UPS which does not follow the instructions.

Website for quality yarns at UNBEATABLE PRICES all year round! (unlike some web stores that supposedly offer big discounts while prices are inflated!) I was disappointed, when I ordered the items were in stock. On the scheduled delivery day, I received an email telling me that out of the 2 items ordered, 1 was no longer available. You wait until the delivery day to inform me. I thought the delivery person hadn't done their job. I am satisfied with the quality of the yarn.
