The package itself satisfies me completely. However, the Mondial Relay service is pathetic. And this is not the first time. I am asked to choose a pickup point, and I am told that I am delivered elsewhere. When I arrive, the package has not arrived, and 2 days later my package is in a 3rd pickup point 7.6 km from my home, which is 15 km round trip, (with the price of gas, nice) and 45 minutes due to traffic since I had to leave Lyon. So pathetic.

I have absolutely no problem with the efficiency of the shipping and the quality of the wool, that's why I give 5 / 5. Regarding the use of UPS, it will be 1/5, the first time I thought things would arrive but the experience repeated itself this time. I live in England, the package arrived in this country on time and it took them 4 days to deliver, sending me emails every day informing me that it would be for the next day always at the end of the day. I was stuck at home during all this time, on the 4th I went out because I no longer believed it. Otherwise, yes I recommend Lidia crochet knitting because the wool and colors are beautiful, thank you.
