I appreciate the yarns, the package is well packaged. However, the home delivery offered with an extra charge is never carried out. UPS just drops the packages at the unchosen pickup point!

Package in good condition but UPS allows itself to spam me with texts and emails only to end up not respecting the delivery time of the package and leaving it with a provider after two calls on my mobile without leaving any message. Next time I will choose another provider for delivery.
