I love Lidia crochet whether it's the wool and especially the tutorials, it's the best. However, I am very disappointed with the change of carrier. UPS is not the best for customers who are in the countryside. Hoping this doesn't spoil the future of our collaboration

Very happy with the Lidia knitting site but not at all with the delivery service, I pay for home delivery and UPS does not deliver it to me, forced to go pick it up at a relay point that I did not choose, deplorable and incompetent for a delivery service
