This is the first time I place an order and what a disappointment. Practically all my skeins have knots. This is absolutely not normal and I really don't think I will reorder from you, too bad because I love your tutorials and presented models.

I just finished a scarf with angora wool... just unwearable... it keeps shedding 'hairs' continuously... no matter how much I tried to remove the excess fluff... there's always more... anyway... my scarf is beautiful for nothing! Time... a lot... money... for nothing... disappointed!!
