Good products and fast shipping but delivery costs are TOO high. No need for UPS if we can lower the fees. We can wait 1 or 2 days and not pay as much in fees as for the order.

Too happy with my order just a small downside for the delivery! Absent when the delivery person arrived I had to pick up my package 5 km from my home while I am in the city with 6 relay points around me! I would have liked it to be closer, more practical!

I really like this site... the yarns and the tutorials are very good. However, I only clicked on 4 stars and not 5. We can no longer get responses from Lidia when we encounter a small issue while crocheting a tutorial, and this is quite unfortunate. But I understand that Lidia is very busy given the large number of crocheters.

I liked the flexibility of being able to add an item to my order already in processing without additional costs! But the Venus wool seems to have variable quality, I had parts of very fine and compact yarn and others thicker and more airy.
