Recently, I ordered 6 skeins of Maya yarn. Everything went well, as usual. I received a message from UPS saying that my delivery was made, but I never received my skeins of wool. Apparently, my package got lost. None of my neighbors received this package. Since then, I hesitate to place another order. The amount is not very important, about twenty euros, but still. From now on, I will choose a supplier that does not use UPS as a carrier.

Good evening, first of all, I would like to let you know that regarding the quality of your products, I am satisfied and I love the tutorials. However, I am very unhappy regarding the delivery. I sent you an email about this. I pay delivery fees of 5.90 euros to be delivered at home because I cannot move. However, my last three orders have ended up at a relay point by default. So I have to ask someone to go pick it up. I will end up not ordering anymore, which I would really regret. The delivery person is UPS, who are also unreachable.
