I think you should change the carrier to UPS because it's a big hassle with them. I really like what you do on your site, but unfortunately if I see that it's still UPS for delivery, I will cancel my order.

I still haven't received the order, I had clearly indicated the delivery address which is my home. The package was delivered directly to another address without going through my home, and I am certain because I was present the day DPD supposedly wanted to come. Too bad because I really like Lidia crochet, both her yarn and her models, but going through DPD is too complicated.

I love Lidia crochet whether it's the wool and especially the tutorials, it's the best. However, I am very disappointed with the change of carrier. UPS is not the best for customers who are in the countryside. Hoping this doesn't spoil the future of our collaboration
