Already reported several times. The packages always arrive with holes, damaged by transport. And you who do not put protection on the light-colored balls (pink). As a result, the wools stick out of the open package and get dirty. Honestly disappointed that it is useless to give you our feedback. Will you improve one day? I have doubts....

Offering wools at a good price is good, but models to be made thanks to very well explained tutorials is even better because personally, that's often what triggers the purchase of the threads offered by Lidia!
