I am sure that her items are of very good quality, but 17 days after my order, I still haven't received them. Too bad, she took care of my order just after I placed it, faster is not possible. But I don't understand why a Spain-Switzerland shipment takes so long. I order stationery from Japan, it arrives in 6 days!

The wool is not a problem, the problem comes from the UPS delivery. They only came once calling my mobile and didn't even ring my intercom, and the redelivery is poorly explained

The site is very well done. The skeins are varied, very pretty, easy to handle (and I am quite a beginner) and being guided in the choices based on the tutorials is a big plus. The only downside is that shipping costs are only free for purchases over 100€ (if I'm not mistaken).
