I was disappointed with my last order. Rafy is quite difficult to work with. I started and I am really having a lot of trouble.

Hello Lidia, I was delighted with the Hypnose yarn with which I made a super cute top (photo attached), and the Raffy yarn that I just received. However, many synthetic yarns are offered for winter, I would also like to find more noble yarns, merino for example for sweaters. Thank you.

Perfect, package well received. Just a note when opening the package it lacks interior protection, there is a risk of cutting an item if you are not careful when wanting to cut the packaging.

Generally quite satisfied. Lidia is great and the wool is superb. Just a bit disappointed with the quality of the TrapiXL for the second consecutive order. Two or three really fine skeins. But I will obviously continue to order.

My order from 12.05.23 is still in transit. I don't find that normal. So the transport needs to be improved because sometimes very fast and sometimes ultra slow.

Hello, Thank you for your order. Your package was sent on 11/05. It was picked up on 12/05 and delivered in France, at the relay point on 17/05, which is 6 days (4 working days) after sending. It did not arrive late. You chose this delivery option, less expensive. A home delivery arrives even faster. Best regards.

Orders should be sent by post to make it simpler. It's not easy to be available for delivery by a carrier, and by relay it's not always simple either
