I like your tutorials, your merchandise overall except when there are defects in the skeins or in deliveries and you doubt the customer's word!! Personally, you made me lie to try to get missing items from a previous order!! And 2 skeins of baby vely that go in lambot without being able to do anything about it!!! That said, it doesn't stop me from continuing to order from you!! It's also a shame that the dye lots don't match from one order to another!!!

I find the delivery times a bit long.

The tutorials are great, change quickly, a loyalty card with discounts for orders, for example on shipping costs. Offer a discount when someone orders a bit expensive yarn in large quantities, or a surprise gift starting from a certain amount like markers, pom-poms, buttons, a crochet...

Fast shipping but shipping costs are quite high for small orders. It's a shame that for large orders there are no small gifts like other sites can do, it always feels good. But otherwise, very satisfied!

I love everything that is done in tutorials with Lidia crochet, everything is very well explained. Well explained tutorials, too bad that sometimes we have leftover yarns and we cannot return them.

The creations are beautiful for slim women, not enough explanations for rounder women or those who want to wear oversized for comfort.

The offered threads are of good quality and the prices are reasonable, which allows for some pleasure.

Nothing to say about the registration and sending of orders. It's perfect! But there are far too many stock shortages and very, very long delays for restocking. And references that are stopped in favor of less advantageous ones. I particularly think of the Merino that Lidia praised a lot, it was the best of the best and essential according to the tutorials, and suddenly no more Merino!!! I had already waited months to be able to order the color I wanted which was constantly out of stock, finally I took another color and I am missing one ball to finish my work, which will never be finished since no more Merino. I have also been waiting for ages for the restock of the pearl cotton...... A response from time to time in the comments of the tutorials or to private messages would also be welcome. You are undoubtedly overwhelmed by your success (which I congratulate you on by the way????) but people are as they are and do not like to be ignored. Also be careful with contests presented as entirely free but which are not since they are subject to placing an order. I am a loyal follower of your channel, I have done and learned a lot from your tutorials which are always very well explained and to be honest I admire your way of crocheting, so light, so pure, so perfect. I also find it a shame that you refuse to show photos of works made from your tutorials but not with your wool. It's quite reductive and a bit self-interested, let's say. What matters, in my opinion, is what you teach, your know-how and how to teach, not what you sell. Overall it's good, even very good. But a few points to review. Good continuation though. Hello, what you do and present is wonderful, only small downside, the out of stock of certain products. This unfortunately forces us to order elsewhere. The models are extraordinary, the tutorials are very well done, there is really a great choice of cottons, but I would really like to find merino wool or at least sheep wool. That's the only thing missing when you love the feel of merino.

THE TUTORIALS ARE VERY GOOD - MAYBE LACKING SOME MODERN WHITE PULL AND TOP MODELS WITH LACE TO WEAR WITH JEANS - THE WOOLS ARE OF GOOD QUALITY AND WELL PACKAGED - DELIVERY AS IT SHOULD BE, WELL THAT EXPENSIVE - AND NB FOR THE CROCHET RABBIT, PLAN RATHER 5 SKEINS THAN 4 BECAUSE EVEN NOT WASTING THE WOOL AND RESPECTING THE TUTORIAL, IT JUST MAKES IT AND WE HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY AGAIN...

I really like the explanatory videos and I have a criticism regarding the crocheted or knitted models that appear large in the video but are actually very small. I would like Lydia to better explain the sizes and the number of skeins to use in the future.
