Very happy with the wool. But the delivery by UPS leaves much to be desired, this is the second time I have requested home delivery, having difficulties moving, and I had to pick up my order at a relay point. Moreover, I believe that the drop-off at the relay point is cheaper. If you could resolve this matter for next time. Thank you
