Customer service always available to answer our questions, yarns and cotton threads of very good quality, fast delivery (48 hours on average) and yet I live in the northeast of France, which is not next to Spain! In short, I am a fan and a good customer, I order often. What could be improved is the photo of the chameleon wool number 4, it really appears purple, whereas in reality the color leans more towards pink, otherwise the other colors are all consistent with the photos on the site.
