I received my order well and the shipment was well protected. However, I am really disappointed with the quality of the polka dot skeins. I had to cut half of the skeins because they were unusable, nothing to do with the photo in the ad. Unfortunately, I would not reorder.

Top merchandise but the delivery was really not great! The delivery people don't bother to look for the address. They end up delivering 20km from my home. They don't send me the receipt code so I had to come back! (80km for me). However, Lidia crochet helped me a lot to finally recover my product. But it makes the ball of wool expensive.

Satisfied with the wool but I paid the home delivery rate. I was present on the scheduled day but the delivery was made to a relay point. I had to take my car and go to the neighboring village to pick up my package. It's not serious.

No problems with deliveries even if the Mondial Relay delivery points are rare and not always close to home. However, I am very disappointed with the latest proposed creations. They are outdated and do not inspire. It's a shame because crochet is still very present in the collections this year. With a lot of beautiful things. Disappointed by the smell of the thread used, very bad smell already when opening the package and then the balls themselves. I had to wash them in the machine, the smell eventually went away. I will not take this thread again

In the order I received overall I am satisfied with the products except for two colors the beige and the royal blue where the width of the fabric was totally irregular in some places difficult to crochet, and the royal blue very unpleasant to crochet the material is not like the others which are soft this one is very rigid.
