2 things to improve - the communication on YT which serves as a showcase for this commercial site. I am still waiting for a response to my question on the last video, not one that dates back 5 years, but the one from last week. To make purchases, you need to create desire. You need to be a bit more commercial - the range of wool is a bit limited in choice.
