Top merchandise but the delivery was really not great! The delivery people don't bother to look for the address. They end up delivering 20km from my home. They don't send me the receipt code so I had to come back! (80km for me). However, Lidia crochet helped me a lot to finally recover my product. But it makes the ball of wool expensive.

Satisfied with the wool but I paid the home delivery rate. I was present on the scheduled day but the delivery was made to a relay point. I had to take my car and go to the neighboring village to pick up my package. It's not serious.

No problems with deliveries even if the Mondial Relay delivery points are rare and not always close to home. However, I am very disappointed with the latest proposed creations. They are outdated and do not inspire. It's a shame because crochet is still very present in the collections this year. With a lot of beautiful things. Get inspired by Instagram and less by Crochet Maniack.

In the order I received overall I am satisfied with the products except for two colors the beige and the royal blue where the width of the fabric was totally irregular in some places difficult to crochet, and the royal blue very unpleasant to crochet the material is not like the others which are soft this one is very rigid.

I followed exactly the instructions given in the tutorial and the result is a disaster. The shawl is too short and ripples all along. I couldn't adapt the proposed model. Too many increases that ruined the result. I regret having wasted 10 skeins of wool. I will not make the mistake of following a purchased tutorial for nothing again!
