I followed exactly the instructions given in the tutorial and the result is a disaster. The shawl is too short and ripples all along. I couldn't adapt the proposed model. I did not receive my package at home as requested. I now have to go to a person's house (neighbor's package) to pick up my package at fixed hours and by making an appointment. Very disappointed with the quality of the threads. After several orders (one per month), I encountered problems with different skeins (NAYA and PRESTIGE). Without going into details, I did not have a customer service that met my expectations. To improve: your customer service, not attentive and with ready-made responses that go in your direction and certainly not in the customer's direction. Quality of some threads to review. I liked: the speed of order processing and shipping. Consequently, I will avoid placing an order.
