So the wool is not cheap. Not all of them are of good quality. But some are gems and not too expensive. The customer service needs improvement. I had placed an order to receive it the next day, I paid high shipping fees specifically for this service. I received my order 5 days later and they never wanted to refund my shipping fees for express delivery. 19.90 euros I believe. So since then I don't order as much as before, I go elsewhere, and if I really need a specific wool, I order from Lidia otherwise it's over for me. Too bad.

Hello, I have been ordering from Lidia for some time because her wools are of good quality but the delivery needs to be reviewed, especially the shipping costs. When I pay for a delivery in 2/3 days, it is never respected since it is UPS. Before with DPD everything went well.
