Your carrier UPS is really not serious. I had major problems with my last 2 orders. Moreover, UPS completely disregards their job and is even unpleasant, with recordings to support. It's really a shame to stop this collaboration because of UPS. I was very satisfied with LIDIA's services and the quality of her products. But I can't block days waiting for information about my deliveries, there is no respect.

My package that was supposed to be delivered to my home was dropped off by UPS at a relay 15 km from my home, which also has different opening hours each day. So if I can't pick it up in time, it will be returned to you. Best regards.

Your carrier didn't even come by, so I think that if you continue to deliver customers with the same carrier, I won't be able to continue ordering from you. I am not happy with the quality of the wool I bought. But it's my fault, it's true it's not expensive. The most annoying thing is that it delays my work; my sister's birthday is on May 1st, too bad for me.

Very soft wool but it pills a lot. The model presented is size XL with 2 balls of each color, so 8 balls in total. I started the model from the back taking size L and I strongly doubt I have enough wool to finish, so I am very disappointed

The products are very good. But the UPS delivery people are very bad. I made 2 home orders and each time they dropped my orders at the relay without even passing by my home. Just a text message to tell me to go pick it up. I do not recommend this delivery company. UPS to be banned.

I love Lidia crochet products, they are impeccable. I am not at all happy that the package was not delivered to my home as planned. I waited all day at home, only to see that the delivery person marked it as not delivered, no one ???? He also needed a signature. I WAS AT HOME. My neighbor across the street didn't see any delivery person either. The delivery person preferred to drop the package at Pezenas at instant freshness, surely more convenient for him! This is the second time this has happened. I had to travel 20 km round trip to retrieve my package. Disappointing... I will not order again, a shame for Lidia crochet who is not to blame.
