Hello, congratulations on the very fast shipping, however a small downside, for a previous order. Indeed very disappointed by the wool "Baby Velay 100g, ordered x6 color n°7" on 01/16/2022 order n° 416320. This product frays quickly, and has no hold, I have 5 unusable balls left, what to do? In the Knit Pro Set interchangeable Tunisian hooks Symphony from my order n°391898 of 04/10/2021 the hook n°5 broke without having made a sudden movement hence its replacement in my order n°516666 of 04/23/2023.
