The site is clear, the ordered yarn is of good quality. However, I find that Lidiacrochet sells its items a bit too expensively; hence the star less. The amount to benefit from free shipping is too high. That said, delivery is fast.

Pay more attention to shipping: I often receive the order confirmation documents all crumpled. It would also be good to print double-sided. This way you could reduce paper usage, save money, and benefit your customers through shipping costs, for example. The 'Thank You' card is, in my opinion, completely useless... the quality of the Loco leaves much to be desired. However, it lives up to its name, as it doubles so much when you work with it that it drives you crazy! ;) But I still love you xx

The tutorials are of good quality and very well explained. However, I am still waiting for a response to my email from Sunday 25.10.22 regarding my non-compliant order (wooden base does not match the order). It was my first order on this site and I must say I am still disappointed by the nonexistent follow-up.

We have not received an email from you but here is the response: There is no issue with the number of stitches, let me explain: you just need to do 1 stitch, 1 increase, 1 stitch, 1 increase until you get the right number of stitches. Then you continue with the tutorial as explained in the video. Best regards.

Hello, beautiful yarns of very good quality. However, I just received the caprice quality: there is a strange smell that comes from it, perhaps due to the way the balls are stored. I hope this smell will disappear once the shawl is finished. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Best regards.

I received my order quickly. The only downside is that I ordered circles for round and smooth dream catchers. That's not what I have in my package. I love the concept of tutorial videos and being able to buy the yarns that correspond directly. A bit more novelty in terms of skeins would be nice. It's a shame that the package goes through DPD, as there are often issues with them, and if no one is home, there is no possibility to pick up the package, whereas at the post office, if no one is there, you can go directly to pick up the package at the post point.
