I placed an order just before Black Friday and not a single commercial gesture regarding the price of the wool. Disappointed ??
Very soft to the touch but a bit prickly to wear
Zero for the delivery! I paid more to have it delivered to my home and the UPS delivery person didn't bother to stop by my place even though I was present all day and left his packages at a relay point probably to finish earlier!
I still haven't received my order, I received several texts from Mondial Relay saying that my package was too large to fit in the boxes, I changed it asking for it to be dropped off at the store reception, there too an identical response, now my package is being delivered over 30km from my home, I think I will buy my wool from another site because this is the second time this has happened
A bit disappointed, when touching the ball it is indeed very soft but knitted, it itches, it's less pleasant than the visual
I paid for home delivery and the delivery person left the order at a UPS access point....I AM UNHAPPY TO HAVE HAD TO TRAVEL. knowing that I had paid for home delivery.
I did not receive exactly what I ordered. I received 2 sets of size 5 needles when I ordered one set of size 4 and one set of size 5.
First order 6 balls...1 with different colors. I was offered to return all 6 but I have already started the work...so I let it go and cross my fingers to have enough from the 5.

I followed exactly the instructions given in the tutorial and the result is a disaster. The shawl is too short and ripples all along. I couldn't adapt the proposed model. Too many increases that ruined the result. I regret having wasted 10 skeins of wool. I will not make the mistake of following a purchased tutorial for nothing again!
Very good in terms of the supplier. Despite some improvement in terms of communication and cost, there are still progress to be made, particularly regarding the announced delivery date, then a new date (so far, so good), I was stuck all afternoon to receive an email in the evening saying that I would be delivered the next day. A wool patched up any old how, with threads sewn hastily and not even the same color as the wool, just two ends joined by a gross knot, another ball whose material comes apart and leaves a white thread... It's really disappointing.

I did not receive my package at home as requested. I now have to go to a person's house (neighbor's package) to pick up my package at fixed hours and by making an appointment. If I ask for home delivery, it's for convenience reasons (work). This is the first time this has happened to me and frankly, it's really not practical.
