Poor quality wool for crocheting, very disappointed
With every order, I ask to be delivered at home but my package is put in a relay point. Since I can no longer move, I have to ask someone to go pick up my package.
A wool patched up any old how, with threads sewn hastily and not even the same color as the wool, just two ends joined by a gross knot, another ball whose material comes apart and leaves a white thread... It's really disappointing.

I did not receive my package at home as requested. I now have to go to a person's house (neighbor's package) to pick up my package at fixed hours and by making an appointment. If I ask for home delivery, it's for convenience reasons (work). This is the first time this has happened to me and frankly, it's really not practical.

Very disappointed with the quality of the threads. After several orders (one per month), I encountered problems with different skeins (NAYA and PRESTIGE). Without going into details, I did not have a customer service that met my expectations. To improve: your customer service, not attentive and with ready-made responses that go in your direction and certainly not in the customer's direction. Quality of some threads to review. I liked: the speed of order processing and shipping. Consequently, I will avoid placing an order.
I have been Lidia Crochet for many years now and I am a fan of all these projects. However, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the yarns I order from her site. Let me explain: regularly, if not every time, there are serious knots in the skeins of yarn. I must say that at first it was fine but now it's really annoying ??
