I did not receive my package at home as requested. I now have to go to a person's house (neighbor's package) to pick up my package at fixed hours and by making an appointment. If I ask for home delivery, it's for convenience reasons (work). This is the first time this has happened to me and frankly, it's really not practical.

Very disappointed with the quality of the threads. After several orders (one per month), I encountered problems with different skeins (NAYA and PRESTIGE). Without going into details, I did not have a customer service that met my expectations. To improve: your customer service, not attentive and with ready-made responses that go in your direction and certainly not in the customer's direction. Quality of some threads to review.
