I did not receive my package at home as requested. I now have to go to a person's house (neighbor's package) to pick up my package at fixed hours and by making an appointment. If I ask for home delivery, it's for convenience reasons (work). This is the first time this has happened to me and frankly, it's really not practical.

Very disappointed with the quality of the threads. After several orders (one per month), I encountered problems with different skeins (NAYA and PRESTIGE). Without going into details, I did not have a customer service that met my expectations. To improve: your customer service, not attentive and with ready-made responses that go in your direction and certainly not in the customer's direction. Quality of some threads to review. I liked: the speed of order processing and shipping. Consequently, I will avoid placing an order.
I have been Lidia Crochet for many years now and I am a fan of all these projects. However, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the yarns I order from her site. Let me explain: regularly, if not every time, there are serious knots in the skeins of yarn. I must say that at first it was fine but now it's really annoying ?? Cotton that frays.
On my last order, six skeins of prestige cotton and cupidon. Upon delivery, the prestige cotton was frayed at the end and the cupidon cotton was undone or the cardboard was detached from the skein. I was a bit disappointed as I was looking forward to it. First time I am disappointed, I hope for better next time ??
I received my order very quickly, however I am very disappointed with the quality of the bohemian yarn. I ordered 8 skeins. They are all from the same dye lot, unfortunately their texture is very different which forced me to undo my knitting after changing skeins. Indeed, one skein gave a felted effect to the knitting and the other a clear effect. Impossible to make a wearable sweater under these conditions. I am now trying to distribute the skeins among the different elements to finish the sweater and so that it does not look like an old sweater all felted in places.
