Big disappointment! Either my order was not respected, or your site has bugs... I had ordered safety eyes of different diameters and different colors, and those I received are all identical, in 6mm, with the brown barely distinguishing from the black pupil, the two colors faded and horrifically dull... I will try to return them, provided it doesn't cost me more than the order! and I will inquire to find a quality supplier.

Even though I have a Mondial Relay depot very close to me, I was only offered more distant Mondial Relay options. I therefore chose the more expensive home delivery, but my package scheduled for 13/03 is still not here! Delayed to 14/03, I was forced to stay at home all day unnecessarily since several messages informed me of a delivery slot in the early afternoon. This delivery did not take place and I have received no messages since!

I don't see how to order, I want to give my opinion on my last order placed on the 13th since I still haven't received it. And it has been several months now that the delivery service is not doing its job properly. On the penultimate order, delivery costs were 19 euros because I requested express delivery, supposed to be delivered the next day, I received it 6 days later and impossible to get a refund because the Lidia crochet service does not want anything and does not even bother to respond to my emails. Sure, it's a site where yarn is not very expensive, but the deliveries are deplorable. So this is a case to follow. If I have to order elsewhere to have a more serious follow-up on deliveries, then I will do so even if I have to pay more. And according to some comments I have seen, I am not the only one. Lidia should ask herself the right questions. Good to know.

I didn't think that the Lidia Crochet Tricot site was purely capitalist, it's really not a way to treat your customers especially since the delay was confirmed by UPS, it was not delayed due to the end of year holidays, you are not human at all you have no empathy for people, even though I order from you all the time, I never buy my yarns elsewhere!
