I ordered a gift card for my sister for Christmas... never received and on December 26 after several emails I received the card... avoided.
I didn't think that the Lidia Crochet Tricot site was purely capitalist, it's really not a way to treat your customers especially since the delay was confirmed by UPS, it was not delayed due to the end of year holidays, you are not human at all you have no empathy for people, even though I order from you all the time, I never buy my yarns elsewhere! You could have certainly made a small commercial gesture because you completely disoriented my life, I remind you that I am an autistic person and that you have no right to lie to me by shifting the blame left and right!! Pfff you are frankly disgusting, but don't worry I will go in your direction I hope for you a great sustainability in your business!!
The delivery took 1 week longer, did not receive the free pdf of the Christmas blanket.
Received non-compliant item, exchange with customer service very mediocre, very cold person... I realize, after research, that these are ALIEXPRESS products resold at double the price!!!!! Avoid.

The home delivery was scheduled for Friday, postponed to today. I was just informed that the package is dropped off at a relay point 8 km from my home while I am currently stuck at home (which is why I ordered wool to keep myself busy).

Hello, I can't judge for now since I haven't received anything yet. Delivery is normally scheduled for Friday. I am a bit disappointed because we could have been informed at the time of the order. I only saw after the disaster in Spain because I don't have a television. That will make almost 15 days of delivery delay... we are far from the 24 hours announced on the site. But the least nice thing is that I didn't even get an email or anything to inform me. Nevertheless, I can't wait to receive my delivery, can't wait to crochet. Have a nice day. Best regards. I did not receive an order I paid for because their carrier is dishonest and claims to have delivered it to me, saying it will be delivered later, on the same day. And Lidia crochet thinks I am a liar apparently.

I was happy to place my second order with Lidia crochet knit. I ordered butterfly balls, which are beautiful to the eye. However, I have a problem because the thread of my first ball is not regular, it becomes much thicker at the change to the shiny part. I sent a polite little email, and in response, I was told that it is not that my way of crocheting does not match the quality of the product, which is perfect. In short, I was just giving feedback on my experience, and I was told that I do not know how to use this ball of yarn. I am speechless.

Dissatisfied. I ordered on 08/24 and today on 08/31 I still do not have my wool and it is impossible to know from either lidiacrochet or DPD the delivery person when I will receive my wool. I don't know if I will order again. I trusted for a first order but for now I am disappointed.
