Cotton that frays.
On my last order, six skeins of prestige cotton and cupidon. Upon delivery, the prestige cotton was frayed at the end and the cupidon cotton was undone or the cardboard was detached from the skein. I was a bit disappointed as I was looking forward to it. First time I am disappointed, I hope for better next time ??
I received my order very quickly, however I am very disappointed with the quality of the bohemian yarn. I ordered 8 skeins. They are all from the same dye lot, unfortunately their texture is very different which forced me to undo my knitting after changing skeins. Indeed, one skein gave a felted effect to the knitting and the other a clear effect. Impossible to make a wearable sweater under these conditions. I am now trying to distribute the skeins among the different elements to finish the sweater and so that it does not look like an old sweater all felted in places.

The delivery time is not 24 hours but already a week, so your site is incorrect regarding the shipment. I haven't used the wool yet since I received it yesterday, Friday, August 8, and ordered it on August 2. The requested review is a bit too quick.
These wool skeins no. 10 are a bit thinner and fray a bit. I knitted other BB skeins that satisfied me. But I remain a customer of Lidia crochet.

Very fast delivery, quality wool, but in my last order I was expecting red Baba wool (as confirmed by the photo of the said wool on your site) and it is rust. I will use it one day, but in the meantime, the next project is on hold, while I was supposed to finish it tomorrow. Too bad.
Disappointed with the quality of the Maya wool and the delivery was long compared to what was announced.

Poor quality accessories. Indifference from customer service
The pearl cotton is very good, but I wanted a slightly thicker cotton, so I chose the Prestige cotton (which bears its name very poorly), it is unmanageable, it splits at every stitch and is much thicker for making flowers, they are not beautiful. Best regards.
Nothing to say about the wool. However, I paid 13€ for expedited delivery, I was not delivered on time.
