So the wool is not cheap. Not all of them are of good quality. But some are gems and not too expensive. The customer service needs improvement. I had placed an order to receive it the next day, I paid high shipping fees specifically for this service. I received my order 5 days later and they never wanted to refund my shipping fees for express delivery. 19.90 euros I believe. So since then I don't order as much as before, I go elsewhere, and if I really need a specific wool, I order from Lidia otherwise it's over for me. Too bad.

The delivery is too long and incomprehensible because everything is in English more than 8 days and I still haven't received it ?????

However, on this last order, I must admit I was quite disappointed: a whole ball of TRAPIXL was much thinner than the other three, to the point that I could not use it as I wanted, as it would have made my work completely irregular. On this same ball, the thickness varied greatly, with very thin parts and others extremely thick, which further accentuated the problem of regularity.

If you don't know the name of the product, it's longer to find. Having access by acrylic composition, for example. Having videos to present colors that are difficult to see depending on the shades.

Hello, I have been ordering from Lidia for some time because her wools are of good quality but the delivery needs to be reviewed, especially the shipping costs. When I pay for a delivery in 2/3 days, it is never respected since it is UPS. Before with DPD everything went well. If I order again (for now I don't really want to pay to have my delivery late) and the delivery is not respected, I will ask for a refund hoping that customer service changes its behavior because it is really bad.

Your carrier UPS is really not serious. I had major problems with my last 2 orders. Moreover, UPS completely disregards their job and is even unpleasant, with recordings to support. Delivery times are extremely long. Order placed on 02/05 and today is the 12th. Still not delivered. It was the same with my previous order. This is the only site I know that has such long delivery times. Make an effort and ship on the same day or the next day.
