The pearl cotton is very good, but I wanted a slightly thicker cotton, so I chose the Prestige cotton (which bears its name very poorly), it is unmanageable, it splits at every stitch and is much thicker for making flowers, they are not beautiful. Best regards.
Nothing to say about the wool. However, I paid 13€ for expedited delivery, I was not delivered on time.

Hello. Disappointed by the Amazon cotton. I had already bought it a few years ago for a shawl and I was happy with it, very nice finish, flexible. However, the one I received recently has many knots practically at every color change. For a shawl, large meters are useful to avoid joins. I just received the chameleon, very pretty. I hope not to have the same problem. But being a customer for a few years, the 5 stars are deserved. On my previous purchases, quality, speed, best regards.

The cotton balls received are not of good quality, the thread is irregular and brittle, I am disappointed the delivery did not respect my request to be delivered at home, I had to pick up my package from a relay 15 km from my home
Too bad the wool shrinks. To the point of going back to the beginning of the row and connecting it with another strand. It's okay that it's Kameleon wool. But knitting a jacket for a child with a circular needle takes time. Out of 6 balls ordered, all 6 had the same defect.
On one of the blue skeins ordered, there were three sewn cuts in the very unsightly thread. To see on the rest.
The delivery time is okay, however the UPS carrier has changed.
We pay for a home delivery service that is not respected. And not refunded.
I cannot evaluate this order as it has not yet been received!!! UPS could not deliver it to me while I was at home. It has therefore gone to a relay point located more than 15 minutes from my home. Rescheduling needs to be done... I doubt this delivery, UPS should find simpler solutions for relay points. Too bad it was my first order on this site..
Very disappointed with the quality of the trapixl. I used it 2 years ago and the quality was superior. Very, very thin.

It's been almost a month since I placed my order and it still hasn't been delivered. I will not order again because the delivery is too long.
Several orders and each time the wool sticks to the packaging and cuts the thread upon opening.
The site looks outdated, not at all in line with Lydia's image! No correspondence table between the yarns.
So the wool is not cheap. Not all of them are of good quality. But some are gems and not too expensive. The customer service needs improvement. I had placed an order to receive it the next day, I paid high shipping fees specifically for this service. I received my order 5 days later and they never wanted to refund my shipping fees for express delivery. 19.90 euros I believe. So since then I don't order as much as before, I go elsewhere, and if I really need a specific wool, I order from Lidia otherwise it's over for me. Too bad.

However, on this last order, I must admit I was quite disappointed: a whole ball of TRAPIXL was much thinner than the other three, to the point that I could not use it as I wanted, as it would have made my work completely irregular. On this same ball, the thickness varied greatly, with very thin parts and others extremely thick, which further accentuated the problem of regularity.
If you don't know the name of the product, it's longer to find. Having access by acrylic composition, for example. Having videos to present colors that are difficult to see depending on the shades.
