Keep your delivery promises!... I had to make an item for tomorrow the 18th and placed the order on July 10th counting on delivery last Tuesday or Wednesday. Result, delivery on July 17th!... 🙁

I was supposed to receive the package Saturday morning. Received an email from the carrier saying that the delivery could not take place. I then rescheduled for today. Still nothing. It's not your fault, it's DPD who is incompetent. Very expensive shipping fees and the package has been stuck at the agency for 2 weeks.

Delivers the products

Better process the returns. I keep the wool because it is expensive to return it by mail, you would refund me 2 € for the wool you sent, with a bad smell that makes my stomach turn. I don't know what kind of material it is made of, but it's definitely chemical garbage.
