Why one star? One star for the very inappropriate attitude of customer service. I was treated very poorly. Like never in another company. I was even shocked... On 8/11 I ordered wool from Lidia crochet. It is now 28/11, and still no wool!!!!!!!! When I check the tracking, it says that on 23/11, the package left for the pickup point.
