To this day, I still have not received my order that I placed on May 5. And when I track it, apparently it's in progress with Mondial Relay. Until now, I've never had any issues and not such a long wait.

Wool is always of good quality, but delivery is long and couriers are not professional at all.
Hello, I am not at all satisfied with your carrier because they say they came to deliver the package but could not get my signature and therefore left the package at a relay point, which is false because I stayed all day at home to actually receive my package. Your carrier didn't even come by, so I think that if you continue to deliver customers with the same carrier, I won't be able to continue ordering from you. I am really very disappointed with your carrier. It is still a shame to say that they could not deliver the package when they didn't even come to people's homes. I want to inform you that it is really a pity because your site is great but your carrier ruins everything. I am really very unhappy. Best regards

Every time you are missing 1 or 2 balls, it's the same story with shipping costs. I think I will look elsewhere.
The trapillo balls have very irregular strands if you want to mix the colors oops!

I am not happy with the quality of the wool I bought. But it's my fault, it's true it's not expensive. The most annoying thing is that it delays my work; my sister's birthday is on May 1st, too bad for me.
Very soft wool but it pills a lot. The model presented is size XL with 2 balls of each color, so 8 balls in total. I started the model from the back taking size L and I strongly doubt I have enough wool to finish, so I am very disappointed

Delivery to a relay point when I was expecting it at home. And the orange trapixl thread is really of poor quality. Too many knots, very frequent.
I love Lidia Crochet's videos as well as her beautiful yarn to crochet. However, I was disappointed with my last delivery which should have been delivered to my home while I was breastfeeding. The delivery person did not come and directly put my package in a point. I had to call someone to go pick up my package. Too bad.
The tutorials are not always easy to follow.

The wool is of poor quality, it often has lint and if you pull on it, it breaks the yarn. Often the wool is thick and it makes big stitches. While YouTube praised this wool. Very disappointed! Sorry

It generates a lot of fluff, which is really very unpleasant to work with, it flies everywhere and causes constant sneezing. Moreover, depending on the color, I notice a difference in diameter!! The products are very good. But the UPS delivery people are very bad. I made 2 home orders and each time they dropped my orders at the relay without even passing by my home. Just a text message to tell me to go pick it up. I do not recommend this delivery company. UPS to be banned.
