Moreover, you told us that you only needed 10 grams to finish this project. It is evident that you made a connection with the end of a pink ball to obtain a new ball for free. We never doubt a customer's word, but one should not abuse our service. Besides, it is not possible to have this type of mix in a ball; in the 4 years we have been making this wool, it has never happened. However, we have refunded you for this ball. Better process the returns. I keep the wool because it is expensive to return it by mail, you would refund me 2 € for the wool you sent, with a bad smell that makes my stomach turn. I don't know what kind of material it is made of, but it's definitely chemical garbage.
