Delivers the products

Better process the returns. I keep the wool because it is expensive to return it by mail, you would refund me 2 € for the wool you sent, with a bad smell that makes my stomach turn. I don't know what kind of material it is made of, but it's definitely chemical garbage.

This is the second time I order from you and both times the order did not arrive, one was returned to you and the other has no news after a week. I do not criticize the product but the shipping. I checked my details and everything is well filled out.

The quality of the products is very very good and at reasonable prices.
I cannot give ratings since my order cannot be delivered. I've been battling with the delivery service for a week, being told by phone every evening that it will be delivered the next day to my pickup point, and of course nothing at all. I am very disappointed and especially very angry.
Simply deliver the orders.

Order shipped quickly apparently, but the carrier has been "playing" with me since Monday, and to this day my package is still not delivered. Unacceptable.... I wanted a delivery in mondial relay but MY mondial relay is not referenced...
