I love Lidia crochet products, they are impeccable. I am not at all happy that the package was not delivered to my home as planned. I waited all day at home, only to see that the delivery person marked it as not delivered, no one ???? He also needed a signature. I WAS AT HOME. My neighbor across the street didn't see any delivery person either. The delivery person preferred to drop the package at Pezenas at instant freshness, surely more convenient for him! This is the second time this has happened. I had to travel 20 km round trip to retrieve my package. Disappointing... I will not order again, a shame for Lidia crochet who is not to blame.

Refund customers who pay a supplement for home delivery and find themselves having to pick up the order at a relay point because the delivery person does as he pleases apparently. Too much work to deliver customers, better to focus on deliveries of goods to relay points.

I had asked to change one ball for another, not of the same quality but at the same price and that was not done.

I have nothing to say about the quality of the wool, I recommended it because of a positive experience with the same in different colors. However, UPS is terrible. I had to wait a week to pick up my package 7km from my home.

Delivery time at the relay point a bit long, return costs too high, absence of samples. Tutorials well presented, original, available yarns, very responsive customer service.

If only you could create samples of your yarns... The colors online do not match reality. And when you want to match 2 different yarns (Queen and Elizabeth for example), it becomes a real headache. So I ordered several colors of each... I will make my choice and return, at my expense, those that I will not keep! But I always have a soft spot for some of the items you offer! ??

No paper model... The silver blue wool is a bit different from the photo. Also, I thought I would have the sketch of the sweater model, my daughter tells me to look at the tutorial, but that is complicated. I would have preferred to have the paper. So I am disappointed.
