The merchandise meets my expectations but regarding UPS it was very complicated to receive the package for 3 days we were told it would arrive at the end of the day and finally on the 4th it arrived... for 20 euros! for delivery it's expensive paid, too bad!
Not happy with the delivery by UPS paying for home delivery, the delivery person gives 2 time slots and does not come to the house puts the package in a relay. He doesn't even call the customer. I stayed home during the given time slots. And never saw the delivery person otherwise the wool from Lidia is top and the delivery time is good
Delivery requested at home and package delivered to a relay point without the carrier calling me or presenting themselves at home. The delivery request at the order was not respected. Great dissatisfaction!

Hello, I was pleased to make the cushion for my old cats. But I keep making and unmaking the rounds, I can't find the stitches with these loops, I took a size 8 crochet and even with it I had trouble. Otherwise easy to undo.

I think you should change the carrier to UPS because it's a big hassle with them. I really like what you do on your site, but unfortunately if I see that it's still UPS for delivery, I will cancel my order.
I still haven't received the order, I had clearly indicated the delivery address which is my home. The package was delivered directly to another address without going through my home, and I am certain because I was present the day DPD supposedly wanted to come. Too bad because I really like Lidia crochet, both her yarn and her models, but going through DPD is too complicated.

I am disappointed because I started THE ICORDE 3 POMELOTES FOR A BAG.. They reduced the skeins, it is not enough and according to Lydia there would only be a third of the third skein to use. However, at my place, it is not enough, I would need a fourth.. Disappointing

Very long delivery (10 days for 10 €, that's expensive). Moreover, I ordered 3 balls of Trapixl (1 green and 2 yellow) and it turns out that the quality of the yellow ball (very poor quality) is different from the green ball (good quality).
I did not like crocheting the recommended yarn, I hurt my fingers on it, and one ball was more than enough, on top of that, there was a knot in the yarn, knowing that it is not a good deal.
