Not happy with the delivery by UPS paying for home delivery, the delivery person gives 2 time slots and does not come to the house puts the package in a relay. He doesn't even call the customer. I think you should change the carrier to UPS because it's a big hassle with them. I really like what you do on your site, but unfortunately if I see that it's still UPS for delivery, I will cancel my order.

The package was delivered directly to another address without going through my home, and I am certain because I was present the day DPD supposedly wanted to come.
