I had to wait a month to find out that the pair I ordered was no longer in stock and that was not at all professional since it was for a birthday. It ruined everything and the refund was made and I received my money after 14 days.

I placed and paid for the order on November 29, 2023, received the goods on December 22, 2023 / almost a month later / the shoes did not fit, I had to return them. More than disappointed with this site ÉBaskets expected to arrive 13 days maximum after ordering. I didn't receive them for Christmas 21 days later, only to receive a message in January saying that I wouldn't be receiving them, so I was refunded... An absolute disgrace, the size was wrong when I tried them on at home (the sneakers had not been worn outdoors) and I had re-gilded a small label on the tongue so that I could try the product on.
