An extremely long delivery time, order on 27/11 delivery on 22/12 order for a Christmas gift that I could not offer. Contact with the sav by email who had promised to have my package for Christmas except that the delivery was made beyond my availability. I don't think I'd recommend a parcel. When other sites are more responsive and more professional

I ordered KOBE 6 GRINCH on 11/12/2023. On 12/12/2023 my order was processed. In the meantime they have increased the prices as the KOBE 6 were out of stock on all the other sites. Today I receive an email saying that LIMITED RESSEL is cancelling my order because there was an error. Price increase from 202.90 Û to 570.00 Û. This site is not reliable at all, they use false advertising to attract customers.

Sneakers are cool! But the delivery time was indicated as 3-14 working days, and in the end it turned out to be 26 working days. That doesn't justify the service in any way. I'm frustrated

Order took 3 weeks to arrive, never feared I wouldn't get it for Christmas. Too bad the original box is torn in some places. Protective papers also in shabby condition. Now I hope the shoes are genuine 🙏 Otherwise very good commercial follow-up

I received the package with the pair's box pushed in. The box was not protected. A bit surprising considering the price of the pairs on the site. What's more, I'm asked to pay if I want to return the parcel. Disappointed with this site, I thought that it would protect shipments better and that it would be a little more commercial.

Delay too long

Order arrived very late I had to almost harass customer service for it to move again I find it a shame to pay 400 € a pair of sneakers and not receive it within the time indicated.

Magnificent pair of sneakers but the tracking of the parcel was very slow! I was very worried because I didn't know the site at all!

I've been waiting for my order for 2 weeks, it's been delayed and I still haven't heard anything. When I call customer service (open from 9am to 12pm only), the person tells me to be patient because the pair is in great demand, and can do nothing for me. Yet it's their job and the very principle of the site to offer sought-after items. So this site sells pairs of shoes that aren't even in stock? This is dubious and unacceptable.

Hello everyone, I was able to order a pair of new balance 2002r protection pack Phantom that I received in 72h (to Belgium) compared to other sites (wethenew, ...) it was a little cheaper so I jumped. I'm very happy with the delivery and the pair complies. I was able to compare it with another pair and it was identical, so I recommend it. However, when I opened the box I was struck by an enclosed smell, the shoes smelled super strongÉ it looked like silicone or enclosed plastic. For the price paid (340), he could have delivered another pair with less odorÉ

It's November 8th, I ordered a pair of shoes for over 500Û on October 19th! I have 0 news of this pair, nobody can tell me where it is and when it will arrive! I'd love to have some news or a refund!

For a first order... frankly not at all satisfied. Nothing works. I've ordered two pairs of sneakers since the 20/10 and I've only received one pair. No information on the second pair. Knowing that the delivery date was well indicated from 3 to 12 days.

Everything is perfect, except for the packaging (damaged cardboard box and damaged paper inside) which is a bit disappointing for the price you pay __.

Delivery takes too long, when you make a mistake you don't even have time to cancel the order.

Very late delivery times

Do not buy from this store! I ordered a pair of Jordan 4's. Once the tracking code said Ôdelivered' I went to the pick up point but they told me that the package was not there. I went to the pick up point 3 days straight! Everytime they told me that the package wasn't there. After that I contacted Limited Resell and they told me that it was delivered and I could pick it up but again it wasn't there. After that Limited resell told me that the tracking code states that I have refused the package which is not true! Either way if it was or wasn't true that would still mean that the package is on it's way back to Limited Resell if I so called Ôrefused the package'. I have sent countless e-mails after that but Limited Resell refuses to reply to my e-mail. Now I don't have my money or my shoes. They are not customer friendly, refuse to answer e-mails and are a complete SCAM! November 7th update: The website reached out to me and agreed to pay me back just for them to never respond to me again. I have sent them an e-mail to ask when they wkll refund and still no answer. Poor communication and a big scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!

The delivery man didn't do his job, the solution is for these types of individuals to be controlled by the government, and for them to be forced to work longer hours.

It's a good site, it just takes time to arrive.

Order placed on 05/09/23 and received on 17/10/23 very long delivery! Despite reminders! Finally received shoes, very good quality, beautiful conform to the photo even better! So the wait was worth it 👍 but don't be in a hurry for an order!!!

order placed on september 20 and received on october 18 almost a month of waiting i was obliged to send several mail for my order to progress in the steps i'm not too satisfied and i hope my pair is a real one

The person I spoke to on the phone was unpleasant. And yet I don't know a complicated customer, I think he doesn't know his job very well, as she says things that she retracts later in the conversation.

My parcel was returned to the sender because the relay point was supposedly unavailable. And after 24 hours my parcel was gone! But when I went to the relay point, the latter informed me that it had not been closed. WHO'S LYING TO ME !!!!

Extremely long wait due to a delay, no compensation... the shoes are however very good and authentic,etc. But the waiting and lack of news is really a problem!
