Delivery time too long. I returned a pair of sneakers on 02-06-2023 (delivered directly to the site as I live 5 km from their offices) because the size was too small. In the meantime, I ordered the same pair one size larger with an extra 40Û (for a size !!!!). I received a reply 18 days later saying that my order would be delivered this week, I'm waiting to see but I don't really believe it. This site is very difficult to reach by phone. Really disappointed with this site.

My companion offered me a pair of air max plus from this site, thinking I was doing the right thing because the site certifies the authenticity of the sneakers with a vulgar paper stamped limited ressel , happy I try the pair and to my great surprise comfort non-existent É size much too large É having several pairs of this model I compare the pair to my 5 other pairs buy expensive nike officialÉ 4 mal facons discovered rather largeierre . i decided to send an email to the SAV for a return because without a doubt the pair is a counterfeit, with photos of comparison with the one buy expensive nike É unfortunately no return possible because my wife removed the vulgar badge limited ressel serving no purpose, and moreover no explanation on the 4 differences stated by photos and comments compared to my 5 other pairs buy expensive nike , insole lamba while all are brand nike , air bubble over inflated with defect, air vent underneath the sneaker non-existent, and the biggest is the size, much too large compared to the real cher nike official, and for the 4 th malfacon the round bottom was much larger and poorly made compared to my 5 other model of cher nike É so 225Û the pair of counterfeit I confess I have a little bad, so a tip É avoid this site because I know where from their expert who examines the pair to authenticate but it's blatantly a counterfeit.

One month delay in delivery for a pair of shoes at almost 400€. Delays are things that happen and understandable. However, to reach the customer service and have an explanation, you have to be patient. After several calls and many emails WITHOUT ANSWER a consultant, offers me 25€ of purchase on a next order. But one thing is for sure, having made dozens of calls without any answer, an adviser who hangs up on me, and without any news of a pair of shoes at 400€ one month after the order, I don't intend to recommend them! This coupon is useless, especially since a consultant told me that if I didn't receive the pair by date X a refund was possible, and well, the moral of the story is that I never got a refund! Fortunately for me I had ordered these shoes in size 44 and they kindly put me a gift in the box, a pair of socks in size 36! Go find the logic ... I highly recommend competing and better known sites (where customer service will find you a real solution) because if you have a problem with them do not expect a real commercial gesture from them.

Especially since while waiting for my pair I tried many times to contact the customer service who was always busy, I could never talk to a consultant, NEVER. I sent 4 emails during the whole process, and I always received the same answer "your pair is on its way to our premises". Yet I had already ordered a pair of dunks on the website and everything went well. I still want to mention the customer gesture, having offered me a pair of Nike socks to apologize for the delay. I can't say that I won't recommend the site because I had 2 different experiences, but as you can see, there are surprises.
