Our order was very late despite a commitment to deliver before Christmas. So the gift arrived later. Too expensive compared to the market price

They sent me the wrong size and didn't reply to my messages.

Good article but waiting time too long

Wide variety of items, interesting purchase/return conditions but rather long delivery times (+ 1 month), however the pair of sneakers is almost perfect!

Delivery times announced wrong, and delivery too long!

Much too long I placed an order for a birthday I received it after a month!

Order placed on 17/02, delivered on 31/03. Very little communication, if we do not raise, we do not receive information. The authentication of the first pair began on March 3, then there was a problem on this one. A second one arrived and here we are again for a new and long authentication... in short very disappointed of this experience which I think will be the last one.

Package received in perfect condition, but delivery date too long

Item conforms and authentic, the people of the customer service answer the mails even if the delays are long. I ordered at the end of November, the size did not fit so I asked to make an exchange, new pair received at the end of January. The support for exchanges is much too long but I still recommend this site because of the large choice of pairs.

Deadline met, but very expensive site.... We need to review the prices and everything will be perfect!

I placed 2 orders, one delivered, perfect ... the second no news, no possibility to call back the site, no response to emails, no visibility. Disappointed!
