Shoes in average new condition

Delivery time too long. It was for a birthday, the shoes arrived 3 days too late.

Hello, Following receipt of an order. Surprised to receive products with signs of wear, stains, damaged boots...

The site asked me for my opinion. As I said before, after 3 weeks of waiting I received a different model than the ones I ordered. I sincerely believe that Limited Resell is a huge scam and I advise NOBODY to order from this site.

Very good product just long delivery

I find the customer service and delivery more than bad. I ordered a month ago and I have just received my parcel. The delivery time is supposedly 19 days. I might as well buy from the real site.

I was so happy to finally find the shoes I'd been looking for everywhere! 260 euros and 3 weeks later, despite their so-called expertise, I find myself with a model I didn't order. It's a similar model, but it wasn't the one in the description, nor the one in the first photo. The funny thing is that the shoes I received are available on Zalando at 140 euros and now at 460 euros on the Limited Resell website. In short, a real rip-off.

For a good hundred euros I received a very nice empty box, too bad I didn't get the pair of shoes that was supposed to go with it! When I reported the problem to the seller, after having provided an astronomical number of photos of the box and the package, filed a complaint (at the request of the customer service) etc., I never heard from them again. The site did everything it could to save time and avoid responsibility. Fortunately, PayPal reimbursed me; if I had paid by credit card, I'd still be waiting for a hypothetical refund. In the end, 2 months went by between my order and the moment I was reimbursed, and I had to rush off to find something else for my partner's Christmas present. For me, this site and the group to which it belongs are to be avoided.

Hello , I bought a Jordan one mid blue signal size 40 on your website . I received it on time, as expected. However, there are 2 defects on the right pair. Therefore, I would like to know if there is a possible solution? Thanks in advance.

Nie wieder. Habe Schuhe bestellt nach 3 Wochen kam die Nachricht, sie bekommen die Schuhe nicht ran. Bestellung wurde storniert aber es wrde 21 Arbeitstage dauern bis ich mein Geld zurckbekomme. Es wird mit meinem Geld gearbeitet. Der Shop msste verboten werden. Nie wieder!

If I could put 0 stars I would! first purchase and LAST !!!!! pair of UGG ordered in 40, I'm 39, but it says we strongly recommend you take a size up, I hesitated but I followed I took 40, then the delivery supposedly 15 days max, well no more than a month before receiving a pair and guess what too big! so I want to exchange for a size 39, well not only do the returns have to be at MY EXPENSE, but I have to pay an extra 92 bucks for my original size 39 that I would have taken if I hadn't been encouraged to take a bigger size !!!!!!!!! the pair was never worn but in the euphoria of the moment I ripped off the limited resell label that was attached to the pair so I'm not even sending them back because I know they're going to give me their usual blah blah blah that doesn't respect the return conditions (label) customer service? The site is very clear and trustworthy. The quality and customer service are very good. I have one big problem with the delivery and returns times, which are very, very long.

Delivery took two months very disappointing

I had to wait a month to find out that the pair I ordered was no longer in stock and that was not at all professional since it was for a birthday. It ruined everything and the refund was made and I received my money after 14 days.

Prices franklyÉ. Can't wait for the spring. I'm sick and tired of paying a fortune for a sneaker that doesn't cost more than 30 Û. ______

I placed and paid for the order on November 29, 2023, received the goods on December 22, 2023 / almost a month later / the shoes did not fit, I had to return them. The company received the return of the shoes on 01/02/2024. today 01/30/2024 I still have not received my refund. Very slow, inconvenient, bad feedback.

Excellent prices on the site but I have my doubts about the quality when mm because when I tried on the Jordan pair, some of the seams came loose.

Very good service, arrived in 10 days and in perfect condition.

A disaster Pair ordered on 26/11 end of December still no news and had to wait 15 days to be refunded.

More than disappointed with this site ÉBaskets expected to arrive 13 days maximum after ordering. I didn't receive them for Christmas 21 days later, only to receive a message in January saying that I wouldn't be receiving them, so I was refunded... But when I go to the site, you can still order them with a maximum delay of 13 days...!

A pair ordered 2 months before my wife's birthday, 320Û anyway, paid cash. Displayed as available on the site, I received an e-mail a week before to tell me that you had it but that it hadn't been validated for authenticity... I'm sorry, but this is really unprofessional and smacks of a last-minute lie. I've been asking for news on a regular basis with no response or with evasive answers. Sorry again, but I absolutely do not recommend you.

Disappointed with the pair

The order took a very long time to arrive. The 12 days announced were not respected, which is a pity because the product is very good.

An absolute disgrace, the size was wrong when I tried them on at home (the sneakers had not been worn outdoors) and I had re-gilded a small label on the tongue so that I could try the product on. They never wanted to exchange them because the label had been removed, even though the sneakers were in exactly the same condition as when they were delivered. Huge waste of time, completely closed and unsympathetic staffÉ. I won't be ordering from them again

The service was very good, but the time between order and delivery is a bit long. I recommend Limited Resell.
