Product conforms, but delivery times are far too long (one month) and the order tracking is not updated, forcing the customer to contact customer service several times. It would be preferable to specify at the time of ordering the exact delivery time for the product, depending on its location.

Product was as specified and came with certifications. Order took long time to process but once delivered it arrived very fast. I had to change the product with a bigger size and was a little difficult to do because there is no easy way to communicate with the company. Other that that the site is legit and products are as specified.

Order conformed and received more or less on time (14 working days for 5 to 12 days as advertised). 2nd order placed on this site, with no surprises and very fortunately because I'm still waiting for an answer to my e-mail questioning them about a significant difference in the sale price compared to my purchase, for more than 8 days now. I hope that everything goes well, because the experience must be less pleasant if there's no one to answer you in case of a problem.
