For my first purchase from Limited Resell I'm very happy. The order was processed on time, the product I requested was the one I received, good communication on the progress of the order as well. The only problem is the condition of the package which was damaged, fortunately not the shoebox. This is the result of the actions of Chronopost's bad carriers, who are not at all professional and careful in their work. Damage and theft are to be noted.

An absolute disgrace, the size was wrong when I tried them on at home (the sneakers had not been worn outdoors) and I had re-gilded a small label on the tongue so that I could try the product on. They never wanted to exchange them because the label had been removed, even though the sneakers were in exactly the same condition as when they were delivered. Huge waste of time, completely closed and unsympathetic staffÉ. I won't be ordering from them again

Delayed order sales in the meantime. No commercial gesture. Reply to limited ressell: you didn't keep me informed, it's me who's been fishing for information, and the tracking system has never displayed any problems or delays (authentication problem according to you). In the meantime, the sales arrived and the pair I bought had been reduced and my order not shipped. You never wanted to refund me the difference which would have been more than correct. Delivery time not respected despite an order placed more than 3 weeks before the festive season. All in all, a gift that wasn't delivered in time for Christmas ... Given the price of the order, I was very disappointed by Limited Resell's response, which read: "Due to particularly high demand over the Christmas period, we cannot guarantee delivery of your order before Christmas".....
