3 weeks for an order. Processed only after reminder. Product arrived one week after birthday. In short. Very disappointed. Other sellers are more efficient. Would not recommend.

The announced delivery time was 5 to 12 days. I received them after 1 month and 2 days... They were apparently blocked at customs but no information was given... I had to call to find out.

Too slow, not a good overview in the shopping process. Wanted to cancel because of the ever so slow shipping time.

I bought a pair of sneakers on 08 July which should be delivered between 5 and 12 working days. We are (at the time and date I write this message) we are July 30 and I am only at the stage "En route to our premises". I've sent reminders by e-mail but no response. Order made on February 03, 2023, received on March 22, 2023 ... Misleading delivery times. Customer service unreachable by phone. Apology gift for the delay, a pair of socks ..... for a pair of sneakers worth 500€. I will not recommend this site.

One month delay in delivery for a pair of shoes at almost 400€. Delays are things that happen and understandable. However, to reach the customer service and have an explanation, you have to be patient. After several calls and many emails WITHOUT ANSWER a consultant, offers me 25€ of purchase on a next order. But one thing is for sure, having made dozens of calls without any answer, an adviser who hangs up on me, and without any news of a pair of shoes at 400€ one month after the order, I don't intend to recommend them! This coupon is useless, especially since a consultant told me that if I didn't receive the pair by date X a refund was possible, and well, the moral of the story is that I never got a refund! Fortunately for me I had ordered these shoes in size 44 and they kindly put me a gift in the box, a pair of socks in size 36! Go find the logic ... I highly recommend competing and better known sites (where customer service will find you a real solution) because if you have a problem with them do not expect a real commercial gesture from them.

they do not respect the conditions of return to the EU zone. they do everything to prevent us from making a return, even pushing back the deadline for giving a return ticket to exceed the 14 days required.

Unfortunately, I can't give a positive review because I received my pair after one month. Especially since while waiting for my pair I tried many times to contact the customer service who was always busy, I could never talk to a consultant, NEVER. I sent 4 emails during the whole process, and I always received the same answer "your pair is on its way to our premises". Yet I had already ordered a pair of dunks on the website and everything went well. I still want to mention the customer gesture, having offered me a pair of Nike socks to apologize for the delay. I can't say that I won't recommend the site because I had 2 different experiences, but as you can see, there are surprises.

I received the 2nd pair on the 23/01 and when I sent an email regarding the 3rd I got the answer that it was delivered and a confirmation email was sent to you! I was not satisfied with my order which was placed on 9/12 and received on 10/01, although it was guaranteed before the holiday! If I could have put no stars I would have done it. First order placed 1 month before Christmas, no news from them for days, do not answer the phone and finally answer my 3rd email to tell me without further explanation that my order would not arrive for Christmas (while the maximum time indicated on the site is 15 days). To finally cancel my order on December 21 for a product received with a defect.... Deplorable communication, they spoiled my Christmas. Added to that, the refund of my order took 2 weeks (320€ anyway). Run away from this site, there are others much more serious.

Order placed on December 07 with an announcement delivered before Christmas ... Delivery times on the site between 3 and 9 days.
