Delivery time dis between 3 and 10 days I waited 1 month before receiving it.

Price is fine, it came more or less on time but the shoes came with a scratch on one side (so I guess they don't really check the shoes during their long process). Wrote a complaint but haven't received a reply yet. So I'm waiting to see what they will offer.

Delivery takes too long

Non-respectful deliverymen Top shoes but delivery to a different parcel centre than the one chosen. The carriers do as they please, not what we ask of them.

The estimated time was not good, so I waited 3 weeks 1 month for my order.

I received the order 1 month later, even though it said ÇÊdelivery in 48hÊÈ

The sneakers don't look like the picture and they are badly shaped.

An extremely long delivery time, order on 27/11 delivery on 22/12 order for a Christmas gift that I could not offer. Contact with the sav by email who had promised to have my package for Christmas except that the delivery was made beyond my availability. I don't think I'd recommend a parcel. Sneakers are cool! But the delivery time was indicated as 3-14 working days, and in the end it turned out to be 26 working days. That doesn't justify the service in any way. I'm frustrated

I received the package with the pair's box pushed in. The box was not protected. A bit surprising considering the price of the pairs on the site. What's more, I'm asked to pay if I want to return the parcel. Disappointed with this site, I thought that it would protect shipments better and that it would be a little more commercial.

Very late delivery times

Order placed on 05/09/23 and received on 17/10/23 very long delivery! Despite reminders! Finally received shoes, very good quality, beautiful conform to the photo even better! So the wait was worth it 👍 but don't be in a hurry for an order!!!

Extremely long wait due to a delay, no compensation... the shoes are however very good and authentic,etc. But the waiting and lack of news is really a problem!

I received my parcel after 2 weeks even though it was a gift 😤

I am delighted with my order but the delivery times were catastrophic.

Hello, I ordered a pair on August 25th, and the delivery time was 3 to 9 working days. I received an e-mail on August 28 saying that my order was "being processed". I received another e-mail on August 30 saying that there was a delay, but it's already August 12 and nothing has changed. How much longer do I have to wait? I don't mind waiting, but there's a minimum. Thank you

Order supposed to be delivered in less than 7 days Ordered on July 27, received on August 31, 4 days after my daughter's birthday.

I can understand that there is a little delay in finding certain models. But according to their website, delivery for the pair I selected was expected between 3-9 working days, ok. I received an email on August 26 (I ordered on the 19th) to let me know that my order would be delayed but that it would be paid for as a priority. It's now September 1 and I still haven't received any information e-mail. In short, I hate to put rotten notices in my mailbox, but here they are.

Order very very long to arrive

Shoes are good, delivery time the worst I ever experienced.

I was not warned that the delivery time could be so long.

Very nice sneakers, nothing to complain about - but delivery took almost a month instead of the estimated 10 days.

Delivery time too long. I returned a pair of sneakers on 02-06-2023 (delivered directly to the site as I live 5 km from their offices) because the size was too small. In the meantime, I ordered the same pair one size larger with an extra 40Û (for a size !!!!). I received a reply 18 days later saying that my order would be delivered this week, I'm waiting to see but I don't really believe it. This site is very difficult to reach by phone. Really disappointed with this site.

I have huge doubts about the certification of the pair of sneakers I have a huge doubt if they are not counterfeit given how the sneaker points and given how its finishes I do not recommend this site

First of all I would like to say that the expected delivery time on your site is completely false, I waited 19 days to receive the sneakers, order that should be expected before Christmas, gift for daughter! Alas, I had to tell her that she should wait because I had no news of her order! No communication about your order, by mail or phone! No one denied to answer my five sent messages! I do not even speak to you about the telephone server which assures however that the messages are treated under 48 h. Very dissatisfied, I received a message on December 26 to warn me that the size of my sneakers was not the right size, the one ordered because the supplier was mistaken! The after sales service apologized by email for their silence, claiming a large number of messages sent during this period ... I find this extremely distressing and regrettable given the higher than average price of sneakers in general! The least correction is to be able to communicate with its customers and warn of the expected delay! It's a pity ... After I still want to specify that the sneakers received were nickel. I would not recommend the site, following all these inconveniences! Sincerely

Very long delay to receive my shoes

Model ordered received except that I had ordered and paid for the gift wrapping for Christmas and I received them just in the box so paid for nothing and not refunded.

The customer service is not top, 1 month to receive the pair of shoes (authentic nothing to say) but still other things to work
