I‘m realy happy with the customer service. There were a problem with the pickup store I wanted the package deliverd to. The package was send back to liquides-parfums after dpd wasn‘t able to arrange a delivery. The customer support was very helpful and arranged a second shippment in no time. This time it arrived fast and safely.
Liquides Parfums is an excellent seller. There was a problem with the product I ordered that, while not unusable, significantly reduced my enjoyment of it, and a member of the staff immediately offered me a sizeable refund. I can only recommend them.
