Very serious site. We were informed by phone that the suspension could not be delivered before Christmas, leaving us the choice to cancel the order, very professional! It arrived a few days ago. Very well packed. It corresponds well to the photo. We're very happy with it.

The object is decorative but it's not made of wood but of mdf (crushed wood fibers), so it's not what I expected. And even if the packaging wasn't damaged (apart from the corners) when I opened it, one of the elements was broken. The order and delivery were processed extremely quickly and without a hitch! Too bad in the end I'm still disappointed.
