Dear Customer, We have just taken note of your rating and we do not understand your dissatisfaction because we did not charge you the 31.38€ of French VAT whereas the 35 Swiss Francs of customs tax represents 30.45€ i.e. a profit for you of 0.93€. Moreover we took charge of the 21.20€ carriage costs because your order exceeded 99€. We would thus like to be sure that this rating is indeed intended for us?

Dear Customer, We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive your parcel on time. You placed your order on 22/05/17 at 9:40 a.m. and we dropped your parcel off at the post office the same day at 3:22 p.m. When we look at the tracking of your parcel on Colissimo.fr we can see that there was a problem with the collection point you chose as the parcel could not be delivered as planned on 24/05 and was therefore delivered to another relay point on 26/04. We therefore assume that the collection point you had chosen has not been updated by the post office as it must be closed or non-existent.
Once again, we are sincerely sorry and will pass on the information to Colissimo in order to open an investigation into this problem and obtain reimbursement of your shipping costs. Our customer service team remains at your entire disposal on 03 26 47 72 81 for any further information you may require.
