Goods not checked before dispatch. The chest of drawers I received is pretty but the leg is damaged. I'm keeping it anyway because it won't be in a busy room and it can stand up. But I won't be recommending Loft Attitude again.

Dear Customer, We have just received your message and would like to confirm that we have checked your order before dispatch. We have opened the cardboard box on both sides and, as you can see, we have reinforced the protection with cardboard corners and polystyrene angles, but we did not notice the problem with the foot. Perhaps the foot was damaged during transport?
