The only downside is the additional tax I had to pay at customs. Maybe we should look into ways of anticipating or avoiding an additional cost to the customer. It was an unpleasant surprise at the time....

Dear Customer, We are sorry that the product does not fully meet your expectations.
However, on our website it is clearly stated in the description that the 50 capsules that can be inserted are "Nespresso" the "Dolce Gusto" capsules being larger, it is normal that you cannot insert as many. However, you can superimpose the drawers to fit a second one. We've also included the drawer dimensions so that you can assess the capacity before you buy.
